Our 7-Day Return Window

Important: You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to return a faulty or incorrect item.

  • Items not as described - Products that don't match the website description

What Cannot Be Returned?

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Items you no longer want or need
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Items with tags removed (unless faulty)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Returns requested after the 3-day notification period
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery date

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Contact Us (Within 3 Days)

  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (faulty/incorrect/damaged)
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Step 2: Await Our Response

We'll review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Confirmation of your return approval
  • Return instructions and address
  • A prepaid return label (for faulty/incorrect items)
  • Any additional information needed

Step 3: Pack Your Return

Once approved:

  • Pack items securely in original packaging (if possible)
  • Include all tags, labels, and accessories
  • Use the prepaid return label we provide
  • Keep your tracking number for reference

Step 4: Send Your Return

Return items within 7 days of delivery using:

  • Our prepaid return label (for faulty/incorrect items)
  • A tracked courier service for your protection
  • Secure packaging to prevent damage in transit

Return Shipping Costs

Free Returns

We provide free return shipping for:

  • Faulty or defective items
  • Incorrect items sent by us
  • Damaged items received
  • Items not matching description

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for return shipping if:

  • The return doesn't meet our policy criteria
  • Items are returned outside the 7-day window
  • You didn't notify us within 3 days

Return Conditions

For a successful return, items must:

  • Be in the condition received (for faulty items)
  • Include original packaging where possible
  • Have all tags and labels attached
  • Be complete (all pieces of multi-packs)
  • Include proof of purchase

Multi-Pack Returns

For our multi-pack tees and Henleys:

  • If one item in the pack is faulty, return the entire pack
  • Partial packs cannot be accepted
  • Opened packs can only be returned if faulty
  • Unopened packs in original packaging preferred

Inspection Process

When we receive your return:

  1. We'll inspect the item within 2 business days
  2. We'll verify it meets our return conditions
  3. We'll confirm the fault or error reported
  4. We'll email you the inspection results
  5. We'll process your refund or replacement

What Happens After Return?

Refunds

If you requested a refund:

  • Processed within 5-7 business days of inspection
  • Issued to your original payment method
  • Allow 5-10 business days to appear in your account
  • You'll receive email confirmation

Replacements

If you requested a replacement:

  • We'll send the replacement as soon as possible
  • Usually dispatched within 2-3 business days
  • Sent via standard or express shipping
  • You'll receive tracking information

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges for different sizes or styles. Instead:

  1. Return your original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for your preferred item
  3. This ensures faster processing

Return Tracking

We strongly recommend:

  • Using a tracked courier service
  • Keeping your tracking number
  • Taking photos of the packaged return
  • Getting proof of postage

We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

Rejected Returns

Returns may be rejected if:

  • Items don't match the reported issue
  • Items show signs of wear or use
  • Items are damaged due to misuse
  • Return conditions aren't met
  • Items returned outside the 7-day window

If your return is rejected, we'll contact you to discuss options, which may include returning the item to you at your expense.

International Returns
